Return Policy
All orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the product. We will issue a refund once the item has been returned in the same condition that it was shipped. 

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 6 business days of receiving payment. We take special care in packing to ensure safe delivery. Our preferred carrier is USPS.  For large heavyweight packages, we prefer UPS.

World Specialties is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Disclaimer 

When ordering products from World Specialties, our online checkout system will calculate a shipping fee for the order.  There is a possibility that the system will fail to produce the correct shipping fee for the package(s).  In this case you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives within days by phone or email.  The message will inform you of an error in calculation and will then inform of the correct amount for shipping.  At that time we will offer you the opportunity to continue or cancel your order.  Note:  when paying for orders by credit card, the charge is never processed until the order is approved and ready to be packed by the order packing team.
